LIGHTWEIGHT AND SAFE THANKS TO STRONG FIBRES
ASGLAWO technofibre GmbH specialises in the production of technical textiles that are used primarily in industrial heat and noise insulation, fire protection and lightweight construction. Punched parts made from aluminium-laminated glass fibre needle mats are used in the automotive industry in particular. Cut glass mats, on the other hand, are used for fibre-reinforced plastic components in shipbuilding, for wind turbines and for sewer rehabilitation.
The sister company ASGLAFORM composites GmbH, founded in 2016, also stands for innovative lightweight construction solutions with fibre-reinforced plastics (FRP). It offers compression moulding processes for the production of a wide range of components – from prototypes and small series to complete assemblies.
